America’s most unique celebration of the music and muse of THE BEATLES, The Weeklings recently released Raspberry Park, their 4th album on JEM, and will be performing at Oktoberfest as part of their “Raspberry Park Tour.” Band members Glen Burtnik, Bob Burger, John Merjave and Joe Bellia have written, performed and toured with artists ranging from Beth Hart to Bowie, Springsteen to McCartney! The band performs and records explosive renditions of Beatles album and Top 40 classics and uniquely arranged nuggets, plus brilliant Beatles-inspired power-pop originals that have earned them EIGHT "Coolest Sing in the World" designations on Little Steven's Underground Garage on Sirius XM. THE WEEKLINGS bring their music to life through their extraordinary energy and musicianship, soaring vocals, cheeky stage presence and most importantly, their ability to look backwards and forwards, to synthesize decades of rock into something new and exciting, relevant and refreshing!

THE TISBURYS

The Tisburys are an indie rock band from Philadelphia, PA led by singer-songwriter Tyler Asay. The band has released three full-length albums, most recently 2022’s Exile On Main Street. Their music has received praise and radio play from NPR, Little Steven's Underground Garage, and 88.5 WXPN, where they played the XPoNential Music Festival. They have shared the stage with national acts (Gin Blossoms, Jenny Lewis, Drive-By Truckers) and local Philadelphia heroes such as The War On Drugs, Baroness, and Dave Hause. The band just completed their first East Coast tour in 2023 and have begun recording their fourth LP.

THE FOES OF FERN

A troupe of eclectic musicians from Asbury Park, setting the record straight, left, right and upside down. Marrying drums, bass, guitar, tuba, ukelele, sax, trombone and other wandering minstrels, the foes carve out a segment in the music industry like a voluminous, awesome boulder. Their recordings are complex in instrumentation, which requires multiple listens to catch every nuance. Let's just say you have to see this band live to fully appreciate just how much fun a band of friends can have playing music together.

Come see why Velvet Rouge was voted Best Rock Band in Philly by PHL Live. Making its second Oktoberfest appearance, the band formed after lead singer Gina Zo's appearance on Season 10 of the Voice (Team Blake), and has performed at Johnny Brenda's, Brooklyn Bowl, and World Cafe Live, and has been heard on WXPN and WMMR. The brand-new self-titled EP has earned massive praise from fans and critics alike.

Sug Daniels is a Delaware born, Philadelphia based, singer-songwriter, story teller, and producer who is using the tools around her to capture the emotions of an era. Daniels’ work is as colorful, vulnerable, and charismatic as her personality. She thoughtfully combines elements of folk, rock, and soul alternatives to create personal and tender music interlaced with messages of truth and positive change.

ASG, a Delran-based pop punk band, formed in July 2016 and has released several studio projects including Garden State Skies, The Waiting Room, and Non-Fiction (produced by Nik Bruzzese of Man Overboard). The band headlines our second stage night session and closes the festival on the Archerlaw Gazebo Stage.

Calling all cats! What more could you ask for from a band that sounds like Jump Blues swizzled in Horny Swing, with dash of Cabaret Jazz, and a splash of Bourbon Street? Swing That Cat has agreed to make a special appearance at the Archerlaw Gazebo Stage so that longtime fans and new cats can come and swing dance on our gazebo stage floor!

THE DT'S

David Cacciatore & Tom Losito met at local bar’s open mic, and then performed together over the years touring the US before establishing as the dt’s in early 2020. The band's modern pop approach and wide array of vintage influences are key to its songwriting. The band released its debut EP, You With Me, in 2022.

THE GENDER GNOMES

This (now married) Brooklyn-by-way-of-Philly-indie-pop-duo is an Oktoberfest favorite. Rachel, singer of songs and player of flutes, and Pat, player of guitars and basses and mandolins and saxophones and trumpets and...a bunch of stuff. Together, they love a good lyric and are suckers for a jaunty beat. Great music, and plenty of laughs. Don't be surprised to see some special guests join in too.

The Loan Rangers (loan officers during the week and rock 'n rollers on the weekend) are regulars in the Medford music scene. Performing classic rock covers from the 70s through today, this band has the most fun when you're having fun. KIDS' MUSIC WITH THE M&EMs

Mother and daughter musicians will bring their fun, interactive music and dancing for kids to the Freedom Park playground. Expect well known tunes on accordion, ukelele and guitar, with lots of chances for the kids to get in the act. Both sets will also come in just the right doses for their attention spans -- 20 minutes. Don't be late!

STEINHOLDING CONTEST

King's Road Brewing Company presents its annual steinholding competition, a Bavarian test of strength that has become a beloved tradition at Medford Oktoberfest. Register on site. $20 per person and you keep the stein and the beer. Sanctioned by the US Steinholding Association, the best men's and women's times from the weekend qualify for the New Jersey State Finals at the 2024 Medford Fall Festival! Space limited.

BRATWURST EATING CONTEST

Magnify Brewing Company (coming to Medford in 2024) presents its annual "celebrity" bratwurst eating competition for charity. Local "celebrities" will compete to see who can eat a single bratwurst (loaded with the works!) the fastest. The winner will receive the adoration of the crowd, a Magnify prize pack, and a donation to a local charity.

United Cornhole Federation presents a new Medford Oktoberfest event -- a double elimination cornhole tournament with cash prizes for first and second place.
